Thank you for shopping at Odenson. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and this Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and how to initiate a return, exchange, or refund.

Scope and Intent
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Odenson website. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to our 60-day return window.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a standard return, items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Some products may be covered by a product-specific satisfaction guarantee, as explained below.
Beard Forgers, Stone Shaver and Beard Straighteners may be returned within 60 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the results, even if lightly used. Products must be returned with all included accessories and must not be damaged, heavily used, altered, or misused.
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
All returns must be authorized by our customer support team before being shipped back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
EU Returns
For approved EU returns, prepaid return labels may be available where supported.
Non-EU Returns
For customers outside the EU, prepaid return labels are not available.
If your return is approved, you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping to our Sweden return address using your local postal service or courier.
For non-defective returns, including change of mind, dislike of the product, incorrect item ordered, or products no longer wanted, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We never charge restocking fees.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before sending anything back.
We may ask for clear photos, video, order details, or other reasonable evidence to review the issue.
Once reviewed, Odenson will provide the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, partial refund, troubleshooting, or another appropriate resolution.
For customers outside the EU, we may resolve confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item cases without requiring a return when return shipping is unreasonable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Customers may return the original item and request a replacement of equal value, or they can place a new order for the desired product after the return is approved.
For non-EU customers, prepaid return labels are not available for exchanges. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an issue confirmed by Odenson.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days (and always within 14 business days) to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Special Situations
- Damaged on Arrival: Notify us within 48 hours with photos.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you received the wrong product, please contact us with a photo of the item received and your order details. Once confirmed, we will help resolve the issue.
- Product Never Arrived: Contact us to investigate with the courier. If lost, we will replace or refund.
- Cancellation Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return process applies.
- Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For hygiene reasons, used shaving heads, blades, comb attachments, beard rollers, opened personal care products, and similar grooming items may not be eligible for standard resale returns. Depending on the case, Odenson may offer a replacement part, partial refund, or other suitable solution instead of requiring the item to be returned.
Proforma Invoice for Returns
This proforma invoice is only required for customers returning products from outside the EU, such as Norway, the UK, Switzerland, or other non-EU countries.
If you are located within the EU, you do not need to fill out or include this document.
Why is this needed?
When a package is shipped from a non-EU country into the EU, customs authorities require documentation to confirm that:
- The shipment is a return
- The items have no commercial value
- No import duties or VAT should be charged again
Without this document, your return may be delayed, charged customs fees, or refused.
When do you need to use it?
You must include this proforma invoice if:
- You are returning an order from a non-EU country
- The return is for a refund, warranty, or exchange
- The product was originally purchased from Odenson
How to use it
- Fill in all required fields in the proforma invoice
- Attach it in a clear plastic sleeve on the outside of the package
- Clearly mark the package with:
“RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”
If you’re unsure whether this applies to you, contact us at info@odenson.com before shipping the return. Sending a return without the correct documentation can result in unnecessary customs fees or delays — and that’s on the carrier, not us.
