The Beard Forger is designed to work with all types of beard hair and lengths. Whether you have a short or a long, thick or thin beard, the Beard Forger will straighten and smooth your hair, giving you a polished, well-groomed look. We do however recommend that you have a length over 2 cm when using the Beard Forger to make sure it can reach into the beard.
A beard comb may help smooth and style the beard but will not achieve the same level of straightness and polish that the Beard Forger can, leaving you with stray hairs and an overall mediocre result. The Beard Forger uses heat to change the hair follicle's shape, allowing for longer-lasting straightness and grooming.
What if I use a blow dryer together with my regular beard comb? Unlike a blow dryer, the Beard Forger has a heat protectant cap which ensures that the face and skin won’t get burned, which is a risk you may have with a blow dryer. The heat plates also give it a better reach into the beard making it more effective and time efficient to style. A bonus to this is that the Beard Forger does not make any sound, unlike the blow dryer. The Beard Forger is a more efficient way to achieve a straight, polished beard.
